TURN THE LIGHTS OUT WHEN YOU LEAVE
“Yahoo, Foursquare In Talks Over Data Partnership" via BuzzFeed
So many people have written Foursquare off recently, but with that trove of data, such naysaying is pure nonsense. It simply takes time to develop the right solution for monetization, and it looks like Foursquare is finally hitting its stride.(via marksbirch)
Someone finally made an email client I might actually enjoy using, iOS or otherwise. Dispatch is iPhone-only right now, but this is what I’ve been waiting for: an email app that lets me do things with my messages, and act on them with other apps.
I organize my tasks in OmniFocus. I save articles to Pocket. I save links and notes to Evernote. I occasionally joke about all these things on Tumblr, Facebook, and Twitter. Dispatch is the first email client, Mac or iOS, that legitimately and deliberately talks to a healthy range of other useful apps.
It’s taken over two decades, but someone finally got it. Go get Dispatch, it’s just $3. If you deal with a lot of email, it’s easily worth $20.
